In home school science projects that teach what I call “The Science of the mud.” Experience the same feeling that you experience in possession of a slimy fish or squid. Eeks!
Here are some fun activities to do home school science at home.
Bouncy Gunk
A half cup water and mix one teaspoon of borax (available on the laundry section of your grocery store) in it. Stir the mixture vigorously with a popsicle stick. Alternatively, you can shake the mixture in a jar with a lid and shake, lay, shake. Once the borax dissolves, a little more, until it dissolves. Take a cup and the mixture of glue and water in equal parts.
Now add a spoonful of the mixture of glue to the mixture of borax. Mix with a stick and empty its contents on the palm. Roll the mixture on your hands until it dries and is bouncy. Now we will roll on your table and see a rebound. Pick It Up and press and watch it slide through his fingers.
You can use a little food coloring of your choice during the preparation of the mud of the additional effect. Involve your friends in your home school science activities. Place the vase in the hands of another friend who does not know what to hold. Yuck!
Starchy Goop
Take one paper cup and add one tablespoon of liquid starch (found in the laundry section of your grocery store) to it. Add a ball of glue mixture (as above) are liable to stir with a popsicle. Empty the contents on the palm and roll it from hand to hand until it is dry. What is the difference between this and the gunk Bouncy?

Blows with a ladle. throw into the air and see how it behaves before they catch themselves. Have fun!
If he does not play with your slime home, you can place it in a plastic zipper. Slime collects dust and dirt forget, so you do not, the mud when it is dirty.
In today’s event homeschool science, you learned about substances called polymers. Jelly rubber bands and gum all the different types of polymers. Some polymers as solid and we can hold in our hands. At the same time they take the form of containers are placed, behave as liquids do. The polymers are difficult to be used in certain parts of the mobile phone, glasses and other household items.
You can find some research and things made of different polymers. Learn more about the molecular structure of polymers.
